Humanities in action: humans, animals, environment

Online

Humans, animals and the environment – arguably the most relevant issues we face today. Join a panel of academics as they turn the lens of their disciplines onto these questions, and find out how you can explore these issues through studying humanities.

Whether it’s an archaeologist’s view of deep time, a philosopher’s perspective on the ethics of being human, or a historian evaluating the past to assess the future, you will see the importance of the humanities in action.

Our panel draws on the Departments of History, Classics and Ancient History, Archaeology, Gender and Cultural Studies, Philosophy, and International and Global Studies.
